Can a catwalk be installed on an Aero® bulkhead?

While Aero has performed the install on rare occassion, it is not a standard option.

What is the difference between DOT (Department of Transportation) and non-DOT rated bulkheads?

DOT rated bulkheads have been tested and certified to certain sections of the federal Department of Transportation regulations for front end safety structures and are independently tested to ensure they meet such standards when properly installed. A DOT bulkhead will be clearly marked with a label on the bulkhead itself. Non-DOT rated bulkheads are not guaranteed to meet these guidelines. Why would I want a 22" wrap instead of a 10" wrap bulkhead?

Two words: storage space! The extra wrap space provides a place for Side Kit panels and/or stakes while the top rail offers storage for bows. Please note that all Aero bulkheads incorporate end posts for Side Kit panels, thus reducing Side Kit installation time.

What is the ID measurement on our standard bulkhead with 10" and 22" wrap?

The 96" wide is approximately 91 1/8" and the 102" wide is approximately 97 1/8".
