Aero invented Side Kits for flatbed trailers. They are the strongest, lightest Side Kits you can buy, with every component engineered especially for the job it's intended to do. The lightest Side Kits available, that provide great strength at a minimum weight. Available with 1/2" plywood, Tuf-Kit, or AeroLite panels.

With 5/8" plywood for your most rugged hauling needs. Featuring our strong, durable, Standard stakes set on 48" centers.

Specifically designed for hauling grain and other bulk commodities, with stakes on 24" centers and a unique rear end made for dumping loads.

The Side Kit's bow was created especially to move up and over heaped loads. Its unique, double-action springs allow the bow to seal against the front and rear of the trailer.


Fiberglass panels filled tough, lightweight fluted or polystyrene core, and surrounded with a rigid, aluminum frame. An entire AeroLite Side Kit with high rise bows for a 45' trailer weighs only 593 pounds.

Attractive, low-maintenance Tuf-Kit fiberglass reinforced plywood panels (fiberglass on one or both sides).

1/2" and 5/8" exterior-grade Douglas Fir with sealed and primed edges to keep out moisture.
